David Morley’ 119 Ebury Street shortlisted for Your BREEAM Awards 2015

BREEAM Awards recognise the achievement of professionals involved in the specification, design and construction of BREEAM assessed buildings. The awards are made annually to the highest scoring building assessments certified under BREEAM Schemes in the preceding calendar year. 
 
As part of the 2015 BREEAM Awards, you have the chance to vote for the building that you believe most deserves recognition. For this special Your BREEAM Award, Building4change has put together a shortlist, comprising the top scoring buildings in each award category for the 2015 BREEAM Awards. Now it’s up to you. 
 
119 EBURY STREET in London is among the shortlisted projects.
This refurbishment of Georgian Terrace achieved a BREEAM Outstanding rating. The developer and architect worked Westminster City Council and English Heritage on appropriate measures for the listed building. Features include grey water recycling and rain water harvesting, wall insulation, photo-voltaic and solar thermal energy generation.
