B2B Sales Executives (UK)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic commission-based Sales Executive (SE) to sell commercial services to building product manufacturers across the United Kingdom. Work is mostly undertaken over the phone. Healthy and uncapped commission.

As a B2B software company, we have created two revolutionary technology products that enable faster connections, unlock markets and increase commercial opportunities between building professionals and product manufacturers:
- ProductSEARCH, an innovative material library which is changing the way building product are specified.
- ProductMAP, an exclusive marketing tool which helps manufacturers increase their competitiveness in the context of the Green Building sector.
Job Specification
The SE is the cornerstone of our business and is primarily responsible for speaking with top executives at building product manufacturers to articulate and close new business. As a SE, you will be responsible to call top executives at building product manufacturers and to covert engaged opportunities into new business.
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to sell a market-changing service with no direct competition. Sales potentials within the United Kingdom is enormous with thousands of businesses.
You can realistically expect to earn around £30,000 commission in the first year rising to £45,000+bonuses with uncapped earning potential. You are paid on all sales and the commission is uncapped, so the more you put in the more you can earn. Full technical support and training is provided as well as a list with initial leads.
Responsibilities
- Promote the organisation’s product and services
- Research and source business opportunities in the building product manufacturing sector
- Establish relationships with decision makers by learning about their needs and illustrating our services
- Convert qualified opportunities into customers, by selling our innovative services
Essential Requirements
- Experience of selling B2B with proven track record in sale
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skill (English)
- Communicate confidently over the phone
- Highly motivated and proactive
- PC skills to intermediate level
- Good understanding of the architecture and construction sectors
- Keen to learn and to become a senior specialist within our team
