Zero energy in building. Innovation in building retrofit. Technology infrastructure for the smart city. Circular economy from real estate to the construction supply chain. Digital fabrication and the evolution of the manufacturing processes. These are some of the key topics which promise to stimulate the debate at the fifth edition of REebuild, the leading event dedicated to innovation in the real estate industry held in Riva del Garda on 21 and 22 June 2016.
The two-day conference aims to raise awareness and share the world’s best practices that are pushing forward the boundaries of the construction sector. Since the first edition, REbuild is reckon as a significant point of reference for the building industry, professionals, businesses and companies, as well as for financial, IT and energy sectors.
Promoted by Habitech – Distretto Tecnologico Trentino - and Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, this year the initiative is also supported by the Italian’s Ministry of Economic Development.
" We can observe today the start of a process of change that will profoundly transform the industry during the next few years” - said Thomas Miorin, founder and President of Rebuild RE-Lab.
“The objective of Rebuild 2016 is to deeply analyse the three main factors of this change: the industrial processes able to regenerate large real estate portfolios, the new business models driven by digital platforms and the largest value that can be created by putting people back at the center. The event of Riva del Garda will provide both the map and useful tools to successfully navigate through this change." - added Miorin
