Carlo Maria Venturi is a lawyer, with 25 years of experience in project management, legal consultancy, PPP contracts regarding Urban Regeneration Programs, Building Regulations, Public/Private initiatives and definition of urban sustainable strategies, Energy Efficiency and Energy and environmental planning, and Third Party financing for ESCos. 25 years of participation in management of EU funded Projects, more than 20 EU Projects as project manager. Several working experiences in foreign Countries as: China, UK, France, USA, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Greece, Moldova and Iraq. 3 years focus in China (Tianjin, Beijing, Shanghai). Author of the model for municipal Building Regulation for Kurdistan region, Iraq, 2016, funded by UN Habitat. Excellent managerial, interpersonal, networking, drafting and communication skills. Excellent capacities of Working groups organization and management, and evaluation of proposals and results. Management of working groups, of EU funded projects and International cooperation. Mr. Venturi coordinated a Tender office for more than 300 tender proposals, implemented nationally and internationally in the field of Consulting in Planning, PPP contracts and Technical assistance in Urban regeneration and Sustainable local development. As a specific expertise, he has 2 years of activity in Moldova as Team Leader and non-resident expert of the Urban regeneration Study “Urban regeneration potential in the area of Chisinau, Moldova, EBRD Contract”. Last skills are regarding the certification of green products by EPD international, writing of specific PCR and production of LCA studies preferably dedicated to innovative building materials.
