Since 1984 Airis has been synonymous with excellence in the field of design and consulting services for the environment. Airis srl has been a member of GBC Italia for years and is the head of the territorial section of the region - Chapter Emilia-Romagna of GBC Italia. Airis has been recognized for years on the market for its high skill in providing consulting services and complete support for obtaining the Certification of buildings according to the LEED, BREEAM and WELL Standard. Airis technicians can support the Customer from the first design settings until the certification is issued. There are various projects in which Airis holds the role of LEED Consultant and/or LEED Administrator and/or LEED Project Manager. The Standard LEED® does not certify the products but the buildings; however, the products used for the construction, renovation or redevelopment of a building are subject to the punctual verification of the requirements of credits aimed at achieving the LEED certification and one of the four certification levels based on the total score obtained - Certified (40-49 points), Silver (50-59 points), Gold (60-79 points), Platinum (over 80 points) -. Over time Airis has acquired experience and skills in analyzing the requirements of the credits required by the LEED system for the various products used in construction. Since its inception in 1984, Airis deals with environmental sustainability in all its aspects, with design services and consulting for the environment. Airis is a environmental engineering company placed in Bologna, born as a spin-off of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Bologna to act in a segment at the time still unexplored in Italy: that of the Environmental Impact Studies.
