Progettato da Sintesi, società di architettura e ingegneria attiva da oltre trent’anni. Specializzata in progettazione integrata, Città Verde è realizzato da La Leva, che da oltre cinquant’anni si occupa dell’esecuzione di operazioni immobiliari di alta qualità. Affidabilità, cura del dettaglio e innovazione sono i punti cardine del lavoro svolto dall’impresa aziendale. Nonostante il trascorrere dei decenni, i migliaia di appartamenti realizzati da La Leva conservano integralmente le prerogative di qualità e funzionalità con le quali sono stati realizzati. Efficienza energetica, sostenibilità dei materiali utilizzati e impiego di risorse rinnovabili sono al centro della filosofia costruttiva della società. Con la realizzazione del progetto Città Verde, la sfida di La Leva è utilizzare le nuove tecnologie per realizzare un’edilizia di pregio che sia in grado di offrire il maggior risparmio energetico possibile, grazie ad avanzati sistemi di utilizzo delle rinnovabili, e dotazioni domotiche all’avanguardia. Città Verde is an example of how to create a new neighbourhood that is resilient, sustainable, healthy, and centred around quality of life. Located in Rome, in the Cecchignola area just few steps away from EUR, the Città Verde neighbourhood is a project that spans nearly 300,000 square meters, 55% of which are dedicated to public green spaces. Sustainability as expressed through its three key pillars: Environment, Economy, and Social — is the guiding principle of this new development. Città Verde is a place where people can live in harmony with nature, free from stress, and with access to all essential services. Eighty-five percent of the area in Città Verde is dedicated to public infrastructure, social spaces, and green parks designed for meeting, spending leisure time, and building community connections. The project has recently joined the Fondazione Flander Italia E.T.S., which is active in the field of Renewable Energy Communities (CER), to support the development of an innovative and sustainable energy model based on shared and self-consumed renewable energy.
