Gianluca Perottoni

Born in Marco di Rovereto, Trento, on October 23, 1943, Mr. Gianluca Perottoni took his degree in Architecture - with full marks - at the IUAV in Venice, 1987, directed by Pr. Augusto Romano Burelli. After a three-year apprenticeship with the architectural firm (S 126 Projects) of Mauro Leoni arch. and Maro Gentili eng., he began his professional activity, creating his own studio GPA & GROUP in Marco di Rovereto, 1992. Alongside his early practical work, he also gave lectures and held courses in architectural design and urban planning at Trento University. In 1997 he did a course for coordinators in planning and directing building yards (D.L.494/96). In 1998, he was registered in the official list of the “Experts in town planning and environment protection” of the Trentino Region and since then he has been a regular technical consultant on several local committees: - 1999: Committee in Fassa valley, Dolomites (TN). - 2000 -2005: Committees in the municipal districts of Isera and Nomi (TN). - 2005 – up to now: committees in the municipal districts of Aldeno and Avio (TN). Nowadays, the studio provides a wide range of professional services for new development projects as well as refurbishing of existing projects. The studio has achieved a good reputation both with private and public customers. Nevertheless, in recent years, the group’s main attention has been focused on public works. GPA & GROUP also complies with the highest quality standards. In fact, in 2005, it obtained the ISO 9001 quality certificate n. 50 1000 5689, for urban and architectural planning for public and private body, issued by T.U.V. on March 11, 2006. In July 2006, the GPA & GROUP created a temporary association with other experts, following the principle that team work can grant each customer a wider range of efficient services. The firm has in fact established a strong working relationship with a significant group of public organisations. The team’s expertise and professionalism have guaranteed complete costumers satisfaction.
