EXUP srl is an engineering company founded in 2009 with headquarters in Umbertide (PG) and formed from the merger of three associated firms operating as Umbriaprogetti in Umbertide, Città di Castello and Gubbio. Since starting out, our core business has been the integrated planning of civil buildings and historical building restoration. With the experience gained over the years we have combined the theoretical aspects of architecture and engineering with the practical knowledge acquired on the field. Our building site experience is the hallmark of our work and the added value that we offer to our customers. EXUP’s curriculum includes public and private building works, architectural restoration, antiseismic consolidation of historical buildings, integrated design of industrial buildings, infrastructure projects and consultancy to the construction companies. Our flair and passion for team work leads us also to a fruitful collaboration with other architecture companies and firms offering them specialist services on individual disciplines such as energy analyses, virtual reality, industrial design, acoustics and interior design. In carrying out our work, particular attention is paid to the issue of plants, the containment of energy consumption and sustainability. In 2014 Exup received the M.A.R.I.E. (Mediterranean Building Rethinking for Energy Efficiency Improvement) for the construction of a private building and a nursery in the province of Perugia, according to the principles of sustainability, containment of energy consumption and green building. He also sees some works published in the "Catalog of good practices for improving the energy efficiency of buildings". We currently include 22 staff members, consisting of 14 partners and 8 employees and associates. Our professionals include engineers, architects, surveyors and experts in the field of civil and industrial building.
