Founded in 1970 as the development and evolution of the Architecture & Fritz Batello Studio, GENERAL PLANNING is a company of Engineering, Consulting and Design with over 40 years of experience in the implementation of major projects in many sectors (Corporate offices, Banks, Hospitals, Commerce, Industry, etc..). Thanks to the Swiss origin of Arch. Hans Fritz, graduated ETH in Zurich and to the methodology of the Swiss Bureaux des Constructions, the architectural firm, established in 1956, has rapresented the fiduciary reference point of important companies in the Swiss and German area for their first investments in Italy for the construction of industrial sites and headquarters.In 1970 Fritz + Batello Architecture Firm has changed its name founding the current GENERAL PLANNING Srl. During the years GENERAL PLANNING has developed important projects for Italian and International customers applying successfully coordinated Integral Design and Project Management methodology. GENERAL PLANNING is a Company Leader in the Construction Engineering Design with an internal staff of 60 people including Architects, Engineers and Technicians supported by Associated Firms and external collaborators making a working group of about 100 professionals.General Planning, using the most advanced tools (including BIM) and design method, provides services of: . Since 2010, GENERAL PLANNING is a GBC member (Green Building Council Italy).
